The rooms at Thuc At 3Am - Hanoi Lotus are cozy and comfortable, with amenities like pillow menus and air conditioning. As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the free WiFi and safe in the room.
Personally, I found the showers with hydromassage showerheads a bit overwhelming. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might love it!

Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with tours and taxis, even surprising us with a special treat for our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious and made to order, with options like omelettes, pancakes, and scrambled eggs. The price was great for a budget hostel, and the value for money was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was impressive compared to other places we've stayed. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect, with all the sights and markets within walking distance. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is highly recommended for a group on a budget. The rooms are spacious and provide basic amenities. The staff goes above and beyond, hosting dinners and providing personalized service. Breakfast is included and delicious. The location is perfect and they even offer airport pick-up. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and storage lockers.
The bathroom space could use more shelves for convenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues that arose during our stay. The breakfast provided was quite good, with a decent selection of options and a nice coffee or juice included. the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance of plenty of cheap eateries.
. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, especially if you sat on it for a long time.

The hostel also offered free cooking courses and had a convenient location within walking distance to attractions, bars, and food. the beds were comfortable with individual curtains, plug sockets, and lights, and the room had WiFi and spacious lockers. the daily cleaning ensured a tidy environment, and the bathroom had good ventilation and hot water. the breakfast had a good variety, and the laundry service was exceptional.
Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.
